Here is my take on her baked falafel recipe. I turned it into a yummy salad with spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots and cilantro.
I finally got over my fear of nutritional yeast based "cheese" sauces. This is the BEST vegan Mac and Cheese I've ever had. I love this dish!
