So what do I eat when I'm hungry and I don't have much time on my hands? I make pasta primavera! I don't follow a recipe for this, I just use whatever veggies I have on hand. My favorite combo though is tomatoes, red and green bell peppers, zucchini, garlic, onion, and green beans. Chop it all up, throw it in a frying pan with some olive oil, and then toss it with the pasta of your choice! Simple and delicious! :)
